He will talk your ear off in endless vapid tangents, even when you do show him signs you are not listening or not interested in engaging he will continue to talk about himself in an aggressive manner or mock you. If this store is your only option then I recommend going into the store with someone & not alone. that's all i have to say
To say the owner is a maniac is the ultimate understatement. I haven't, in my 23 years of life have been treated this way by someone who owns a business. I asked him to give me an idea of what the price would be to be sure I wouldn't be short and he started yelling obscenities at me, telling me people always want to know the prices and what not, then started mocking me when I grabbed my bike and began to walk away. Please do not go here. I felt threatened and this place should be shut down.
Thank You Ed. My mom will thank you, it will be much easier to visit her without having to worry too much of parking tickets.
At first I was freaked out, I could've left but I didn't. Ed is a nice guy just goes off course a lot. Don't get me wrong his stories are memorable and very interesting, it's just he continues off course and in the back of my mind I just want to fix my bike and go home. I would've been much happier if I was charged a little less, but after spending nearly five hours on my bike I felt he deserved every penny. I'm an average worker and money does not come across easily.

Ted is the man. I'm 6'7 and he hooked me up with a big bike at a fair price. Had some trouble the first time riding with the gears. Shop is open late so I was able to stop by on the same day. Ted made some quick minor adjustments, bike feels good.
Edward is the best. The shop is cool. Edward is interesting and fun to talk to. Most importantly he did more for my bike than I asked. I took it in for a minor cleaning and lube. It came back with adjusted brakes, adjusted wheels, derailleur etc. plus Edward gave me some of his hand mixed lubricant and a frisby for my son. I could go on but won’t you should ...go on over with your bike. I’m taking my other bike over as well. Go Edward go love your shop. Update: November 30 2017. My Trek has always been a bit finicky. After Edward did his thing it's never run better. It's silent. I ride everyday and I'm taking it back to Bronx River Bicycle tomorrow December 1, 2017. He did such a great job, I want it tweaked again. I ride to work and on the weekends as well. I'm bringing my second bike up as well. Go Edward. Go.
